Ecosystem Service Meetings in Brazil and South Africa, October and November 2006

Forest Trends and the Katoomba Group are preparing two meetings for October and November of 2006. These Katoomba Group events include both global and regional components. Participants will be able to:

  • Engage with key players in Ecosystem Service deals.
  • Shape the evolving activities of the Global Katoomba Group.
  • Provide input to the new Regional Katoomba initiatives.

Tropical America Katoomba Group
Public Meeting: October 3 & 4 in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Private Meeting: October 5 & 6 in the coastal town of Paraty, Brazil

East and South Africa Katoomba Group
Public Meeting: November 8 in Cape Town, South Africa
